You create your own workout!

What does this mean?

It means you CHOOSE how to spend your hour class with us!

  • You can choose to stay on the RealRyders in our indoor cycling class for 30 minutes and then move into our strength area for 30 minutes for a total body workout including rowing, weights, and TRX suspension... all lead by one of our amazing coaches 
  • or you can choose to stay in the cycle room for 1 hour of cycling 
  • or 1 hour of rowing, weights, and TRX suspension.

Reserve online and create your class for the day! Classes are always different and changing. There will ALWAYS be a coach with you and you will never do the same workout twice! Don’t let your body plateau. Mix it up and crank it up!


Why did we add Kickboxing?

The addition of kickboxing takes your body into a new plane of motion, which is vital and mutually beneficial to all of the movements that we use when we ride, row, run, etc.  Kickboxing OPENS up the hip and finds power and strength in a much different and very beneficial way.  The coupling of kickboxing with the cycle row strength give you a complete and amazing total body, high cardio workout!

My name is Judi Shapiro-Thiel.  I LOVE fitness, moving and "Cranking It Up".    I created this system of fitness, Cycling/Rowing/TRX + Strength, to make fitness and exercise fun and extremely effective.  No matter what your workout level is, the workouts that I have chosen can be adapted to you and your needs.... I want to maximize your body's potential for a TOTAL BODY, rockin' workout.  I believe in FUN, MOTIVATION and in PUSHING YOUR LIMITS in order to create a healthy body as well as a healthy mind.  I WANT you to Crank It UP!!!!!!
