RealRyder Indoor Cycling: Forget everything that you expect from a traditional stationary bike class. These bikes actually lean, turn and tilt, side to side! It feels like a real bike! The RealRyder indoor bike fully engages your body in a dynamic and functional experience. On the RealRyders, you will be tilting and turning, burning 20% more calories PER MINUTE than a traditional stationary bike!! Strength + Rowing Total Body Workout:
This workout will challenge you through high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals of rowing on our state of the art rowers along with TRX functional strength/weight training/ cardio drills designed to target the total body. We use weights, TRX suspension system, medicine balls, bands and more! You will find yourself working harder than you ever imagined because of the camaraderie and motivation that our coaches offer!! Cycle / Boxing This is a fast, super fun and VERY sweaty workout that consists of 30 minutes on the bike, then 30 minutes punching on the bags! This allows you to dig deep into each.... rock your lower body on the RealRyders for 30 minutes, then quick, run out to our boxing area, throw on your gloves and ROCK your upper body training on our bags!! YOU WILL LOVE THIS CLASS! (We have gloves and wraps to loan if you need)
Tae Bo® Fitness and H.I.I.T. Cardio Kick! : Tae Bo® and HIIT Cardio Kick! are super FUN kickboxing classes to get a fat-burning, cardio exercise that burns tons of calories during a one-hour class. Cardio Kickboxing is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT)that is great FOR ALL LEVELS!! This cardio kickboxing class will push you, make you sweat and smile all while you rock the choreographed movements of punches, kicks, and knee strikes that are set to fast-paced,super fun music. Get ready for some amazing athletic drills and core work thrown into the mix! Key words to this class are ENERGY! FUN! SWEAT! BURN! Included are strength moves plus some awesome and amazing CORE WORK (remember, strong core = strong body!) Great for mobility, balance, strength, cardio and mental strength as well!
POWER Bags Class: Get lean, get strong, create lean muscle mass with our kickboxing BAG class! It's a supercharged hour of kicking, punching, technique and sweating using our heavy bags! Focus on fitness as well as technique with our resident boxer and kickboxing experts!! (You will need wraps and gloves, we have some for loan)
Total Body Weight Training: Our Total Body Weight Training class is a highly effective circuit training class that combines Aerobic (cardiovascular) and Anaerobic (resistance) exercises. By rotating through a series of stations and/or exercisees, you can burn calories, create lean muscle mass and really transform your body in a systematic and powerful way.
Mat Pilates: Pilates is similar to yoga but emphasizes your body’s core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, butt, and so on. For this reason, Pilates develops much of what exercisers need — strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture. With so many exercise variations and progressions, you will never get bored with Pilates!!
Yoga: Our Yoga class is designed to fit all levels with an emphasis on strengthening key muscles groups that are utilized in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes. Attention is paid to finding stabilization in yoga poses, building functional strength and then longer held stretches after the muscles have been properly warmed and worked. This class is great way to prevent injury, build muscle endurance, develop correct movement patterns for improved biomechanical efficiency, and encourage breath-body awareness.
"Game Day" Boot Camp: IF YOUR GOAL is to burn fat and have FUN doing it, this interval training based class should be part of your workout program! Interval training is a great way to hammer out a quick workout and, in this class, it is executed through use of fun fitness games! We play games to sweat, for fitness, for points, for team-mansship, for comraderie and just to have a GREAT workout and have fun doing it! The magic of this class is high intensity interval training (or HIIT, for short) that keeps your body burning fat even after you leave the gym. The result: A great workout, a big smile and a lot of sweaty fun!
Cardio Krav: A fun approach to a cardio/beginning combat class! Bring your boxing gloves (or borrow ours) and join us in this strength building, lean muscle mass creating, cardio class. We will utilize punches and kicks on our heavy bags with cardio drills. No martial arts experience is required and basic techniques will be taught in class. Be prepared to sweat, to. have fun and to learn something new!
Bad A** Boot Camp: This boot camp class is a great way to add variety and intensity to your schedule. Members love this format; they can work at their own pace without feeling that they are out of step with the music or other participants. This class will work your TOTAL BODY but focus on your ABS and BUTT!! Strength and HIIT come together for a very effective and super fun workout to target the butt, thighs and abs, but will always get your total body as well. All levels welcomed and challenged and will bring out your inner athlete!
Cycle + TRX Suspension Core Flow: Burn fat and shape lean muscle in this 30 min cycling class PLUS 30 min Pilates/Yoga/Barre/Cardio class. For the duration of this class your body will be suspended while moving forward, backward, or side to side. This class is made effective by its repetition of movement to tone the adjoining muscles. Through the class you are constantly stretching between different intervals. Clients who take TRX Core Flow often report feeling more flexible and gaining an increased range in motion. The breaks in a TRX class are focused on lengthening muscles while also using the straps for actions like opening up chest. The TRX bands give you the freedom of mobility. You are able to move around differently than you would be able to on your own, creating a foundation for core stability. The workout targets all of your muscles groups, but there is a lot of emphasis placed on the core.
