Class Description

This boot camp class is a great way to add variety and intensity to your schedule. Members love this format; they can work at their own pace without feeling that they are out of step with the music or other participants. This class will work your TOTAL BODY but focus on your ABS, UPPER AND LOWER BODY and your CARDIO!! Strength and HIIT come together for a very effective and super fun workout to target the ENTIRE body in an awesome way!! All levels welcomed and challenged and will bring out your inner athlete!
