  • As a Corrective Specialist, I am an an expert in human movement and analyze my client's movement patterns, identifing overactive and underactive muscle patterns ...

  • Build individualized exercise programs 

  • Explain exercises in detail and suggest alternatives if needed

  • Monitor progress of clients’ fitness levels 

  • Lead both individual and group training sessions

  • Research on new exercise techniques and trends

  • Perform CPR and administer first aid in case of emergencies

TheraGun and Cupping For Muscle Recovery

  • Perfect to couple with Assited Stretching for an overall therapeutic experience!

  • The Theragun is a massage device (percussive therapy) to treat muscle soreness and relieve pain. Works on everyone – from professional athletes to weekend warriors and everyone in between!

  • Cupping is a wonderful tool to be used in conjunction with stretching and the Theragun.  

  • Increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed

  • Relieves muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote muscular cell repair

  • It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.
