Yummy Simple Spicy Vegetarian Wraps

Fast, easy, delicious and contains all of the macro ingredients that you need for a delicious, healthy and quick meal! I used Trader Joe's Zhoug sauce, which is quite spicy, but I have listed substitutions at the bottom of the recipe

Yummy Simple Spicy Vegetarian Wraps


Include everything your reader needs to make this recipe perfectly, with measurements, optional additions, or alternatives. For example:

  • Extra Firm Tofu

  • Zhoug Sauce from Trader Joe's** (substitutions listed at bottom of recipe)

  • Power Greens

  • Micro Greens (or any type of small sprouts)

  • Whole Wheat Flat Bread

  • Sea Salt

  • Garlic Powder

  • Umami Seasoning

  • Soy sauce (low sodium)

  • Sesame Oil for drizzling


  1. Preheat oven to 450*

  2. Cut up tofu into spears.and season with salt, garlic powder, umami and drizzle with soy sauce

  3. Place in oven (I used a toaster oven) and cook until crispy.. minimum 10 min

  4. Warm flatbread over a flame or in oven and lightly coat with Zhoug sauce

  5. Layer handful of power greens

  6. Layer handful of micro-greens

  7. Add cooked tofu

  8. Drizzle with a little more soy sauce and sesame oil

You are ready to enjoy!

**If you can't find Zhoug Sauce, you could use chimichurri sauce OR mix fresh, chopped green herbs (like parsley, cilantro or mint leaves) with olive oil
